At McCrae Consulting Engineers, we understand that many Clients wish to engage a single point design team. We work closely with a number of other selected consultants to provide as broad a service as possible. We also have the in house expertise to provide the following services:
Building Information Modelling (BIM)
Using the latest Building Information Modelling (BIM) software we are able to design and detail our Civil and Structural Engineering project more efficiently. There are many advantages to using BIM including better collaboration, visualisation and co-ordination to name but a few.
Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP)
The co-ordination of Health and Safety during the design stage of a project is a requirement for all construction projects. Along with our requirements to consider how our designs can be constructed safely, we can also provide the required co-ordination of the design team by acting as PSDP to ensure the project can be constructed and maintained safely after completion.
Access & Use (DAC)
'We have successfully advised many design teams on the requirements of Part M of the Building Regulations and can supply all necessary documentation for a Disability Access Certificate (DAC) application, inspection of the works and providing final certification on completion.
