Tyrrelstown

This development of over 230 houses, apartments, and community facilities was developed for NABCO (now Co-operative Housing Ireland) and Fingal Co Co at a site in Tyrrelstown, Dublin. The units consist of 3-story apartment blocks, Duplexes, 2-story terraced houses, a creche, community meeting rooms, and other assorted community buildings all arranged around 3.5 km of new roads. Our brief included the design of all sub and superstructure elements, new roads, water mains, and drainage systems, including substantial surface water attenuation.
