Major Warehouse Development

Primeline proposed carrying out a 26,000m2 extension to their existing 10,000m2 warehouse in Ashbourne in two phases. Following consultations, we were appointed as Fire Safety consultants for the development. Having successfully secured a Fire Safety Certificate for the overall development, which had a ridge height of 16m, we undertook inspections of the fire safety works for the 13,000m2 phase 1 development and provided ancillary certification to the Assigned Certifier on completion.
