The Mornington housing development consisted of approximately 240 houses, a community centre, and a crèche. The houses are all large 3 and 4-bedroomed houses. As Assigned Certifiers for the project, we have been involved in reviewing the design team's details, preparing commencement notices, inspecting the works as they are ongoing, and preparing the final completion certificate for each unit.
