As part of the ongoing homeless crisis, Dublin City Council proposed altering an existing underused building off Sarsfield Road, Ballyfermot into a 13 family homeless hub. Invited to participate in the design team, we undertook Civil and Structural Engineering services on the project which was to be delivered in a tight time frame in order to have the building available for residents before Christmas 2017.
